American CyberSystems, Inc. (dba ACS), a provider of IT Consulting, Engineering Consulting, Healthcare, Talent, and Workforce Management Solutions, announced today that it has completed its acquisition of GGK Technologies a global IT consulting company. The GGK Technologies acquisition gives ACS synergies in the IT consulting and development space, allows for expansion into new areas, and provides options both on-shore and off-shore, to best benefit the clients.
